After about 4 years in the sales industry, selling personal training, cars, roofing, siding, and other home improvements, I realized that no matter what I was selling, something was not sitting right. Whether it was the perceived value of the product or service, or the production and communication of the company, or the people I was working for, there was always something that I wish I could have changed to be more confident in the product or service I was offering. After surpassing all of my goals in these companies, I still felt like there was more that I could do to impact the industry and make a significant difference in people’s lives. I don’t just want to do good work. One of the greatest pleasures in life for me is making other people happy. Being in the industry for quite some time, I started to realize that there are a lot of people and companies out there that are just trying to make a quick buck, and if they make a mistake it is always someone else’s fault. I am here to change that and create a meaningful business where the customer is always right, and I will do everything within my ability to make sure every single one of my customers is satisfied with the end result and has a positive experience. Sometimes this means sacrificing time and money to go back and fix things if needed.
